| Our precious Pippa came to us last Christmas....the worst time to get a puppy! My daughter's boyfriend gave her Pippa as a Christmas/birthday present WITHOUT asking us if a live animal would be OK. Of course, I absolutely fell head over heels in love with Pippa! The boyfriend is history, but at least we will have Pippa forever.

| I have had so many people ask me if I was goig to have puppies for Christmas.. I'm guessing its a big thing to have a puppy under the Christmas tree!! I have never received a puppy as a Christmas present, but did get Bell for my birthday almost 3 years ago. Best Birthday present I ever had!!

Donating YT 14K Club Member | Well, I've never received a yorkie for Christmas or any other holiday. When I decided I wanted one and went out and got him. Wanted another and went out and got her. Hubby didn't know about these two till I walked in the door with them. He was upset. My response..."OH WELL!" He knew I was getting Rebel so he was expecting him. He also knows that I'm pretty unpredictable so he's gotten use to that, too. Now, I guess I could count my 3 puppies that were born December 1st. But that was planned.

| While I don't beleive in suprising anyone with a pet for any occasion.... My husband insists that Pixie should qualify as one of my Christmas presents... At least he is not trying to cover my birthday with her as well lol

| i had to vote yes because when I was 7 I was given I pure white kitten for christmas. My grandpa had recently purchased a horse and where he purchased it they had a litter of all white kittens. He just had to get me one. So they hid it from me for a few weeks and gave it to me on christmas. It was supposed to be an outside cat, but I convinced my mom to let me keep it in our basement (which was finished) since it was pure white and would get dirty outside. It was the best cat I ever had. It loved to be held and snuggled. That entire christmas it just laid on my lap and slept. I would have to say that was one of my best christmases ever.

| I have never got a breathing thing as a Christmas present or as a gift for any other holiday. I would be upset if someone got me one without me knowing about it first

| Nope, I have never received any animal for Christmas...I got a sugar glider as an early present. Sold her last year though, wish I wouldn't have! I really wanted a baby female, but "Santa" said I will get one after our tax refunds come back! So, I guess it will be a late one, but better late than never!!!!
