| If you want to make an impact, you should do a little research on your State House of Representatives (or General Assembly as it's called in Illinois) and find the animal lover -- there's always at least one in every state. Call him or her at their district office and present an idea for a bill. You can find the animal lover by going to their website & do a search for bills involving animals (dog fighting/cruelty,etc) Find the bill sponsor and call them We have a puppy mill bill coming through our Rules Committee in January at the beginning of the legislative session; I think it will pass
