| I have done it and would do it again. But one thing I learned was research, research, research and get the best doctor you can afford. Sometimes saving a little and going with a cheaper surgeon can cost a lot more in the end if you need a re-do.... Another thing is find a doctor that listens to what you want and not does what he thinks is best for you (its your body). This would be a doctor who is truthful about whether your expections are achievable. I hear of many stories were people were not happy because the doctor did not listen or gave them false hope about the results they could expect. |

| Yup! I had breast augmentation surgery done in April of 2003. It's been over 2 years and I'm super pleased with my results. Haven't regretted the decision at all. I definitely recommend it to anyone who has the means and will |

| In 5-10 years I am sure I will benefit from having eyelid surgery, they have a tendency to swell up and that makes my eyes water - very annoying. I want to wait as long as I can because then I won't have to have it done again. I could also see myself having a breastlift in 10 years - my breasts have always been beautifully perky and it is hard to get used to them hanging a bit. We used to do the "penciltest" when I was in my twenties - if you can have a pencil under a breast you have "hangers" - I never had hangers until 3 years ago, they started descending and that is also annoying - on hot summerdays I have to wear a bra because I will sweat under my breasts and that will show on t-shirts etc. And bras suck - I never used them, never needed to and it's a punishment to wear one... I'll never have lipo - I am build nicely and can train any bulgy part away But I have friends who benefit from it because they have big thighs or huge asses - I am glad they can have it done

I think cosmetic surgery is a personal choice and one not to be ashamed of. It's like getting a new car or whatever, you wanted it, you researched what kind would best suit your needs and where you'd get it from! lol I am not ashamed, tho I dont go around and tell everyone what I had done, but if asked I tell them. I agree with another poster, definitely research your PS and make sure he/she is on the up and up. I definitely would never go a cheaper route, you get what you pay for sometimes! So if I have to spend more and wait longer so I can save up for it, then so be it! Better to wait then have a botched job and regret. DaniBelle | |
