| Afterbirth She always tries to clean everything up, so I let her have the first one or two. But, after that I try to help her out, because she starts getting tired and also usually gets sick to her stomach....Yuck! |

| Just 3? Abigail only had 3 puppies and she was in Labor for a very long time, from Friday @ 9 pm. until her 1st born @ 8 am. Saturday morning, her 2nd one @ 10 am. and her last one @ 10 pm. Sat. night. I never left the House until it was over. I figured she had alot of time in between births to digest them? She seemed stressed & miserable her whole pregnancy. Even though I planned the whole process I really had no idea what to expect, but I was prepared for anything! I was a week behind, she was supposed to have an ultra sound that week but it was Labor Day weekend so we were waiting for the Holiday to pass and she ended up having them without any complications. I was very Lucky! I think it's gross but I had to let Nature take it's own course and let her do what came Natural. I guess it's personal preference. |
