Anyone tried Spirulina? I'm having a teaspoon of powder in water daily - just started today. The health benefits are allegedly amazing BUT the taste...oh gosh...the taste.

Hi both! Yes, it's the algae stuff! Spirulina algae dietary supplement health benefits The above website gives more info - it's an alleged 'superfood'. It tastes like fish food smells? I'm not convinced it's as amazing as the claims but I don't mind trying things in the name of health and longevity. Think the pills would be preferred over the powder I'm using, though.

Maybe you could bury it in a pot of chili. There's plako food disks, an aquarium fish, I bet that's what it tastes like. I have heard the ads, for blue green. Wish ya the best with it.
