| Something you want to try? So ever since I've been watching Hell's kitchen (9 years now I think) I've been dying to try Beef Wellington. I don't think I dare to try to make it myself, but I'm dying to order it somewhere. Part of me wants to try to make it myself. I'm not known for my cooking skills though, just my eating skills! What do you want to try that you never tried before?

| Oh No! Ive had duck a couple times, it was oily dark meat. I didn't care for it much. I hope you get to try it and it's better for you!

Beef wellington I've had. It's delicious! It's super hard to make; I would never want to attempt it. It's super fancy style food. I doubt I'll ever get a chance to eat it again. Have you ever tried Peking duck? I love it! The skin is SO crispy and the meat is very moist. I usually hate white meat but even on a PD I can eat the breast. There's a method to make it, like I think you have to hang the duck for a few days in a certain type of air to dry out the skin. That's what makes it so super crisp.
