| Never heard of it. Is it a heavy bread? I don't care for dense breads. I know they are healthier......

| I have seen Paleo diet breads, and there is a sandwich shop that has a gluten free sandwich. But if you order it, they ask you if you really have Celiac disease, and if you don't, they don't want to make your sandwich on that bread. They say the reason is bc the bread is a lot smaller, but I think it's bc the bread is more expensive and they prob only want to use it for people who really need it. And yes it seems very dense.

| I'm not finding it anywhere in the states, but I did come across this recipe if that might help: Quinoa & Flax Seed Gluten-Free Bread Quinoa & Flax Seed Gluten-Free Bread | The Kitchen Operas? Whole Food Market has one by Bread & Circus Bakehouse called Organic Flax & Quinoa bread...as far as I know there are Whole Food Markets in a lot of cities. If you're really wanting that specific brand, I have no idea how to get it |
