| Steak for dinner After my BBQ Rib nightmare.. I decided to make some t-bone steaks!! I put them in marinate last night, I will throw them on the grill tonight!! YUM YUM They are going to be awesome!! I must say I BBQ steak the best, DH always raves about my steak cooking. Thought I would tell you what I’m using for the marinate because it comes out sooooooo good, but you have to soak it overnight till about 5 the next day. Kens Steak House Lite Asian Sesame w/ Ginger and Soy Can’t wait for dinner!! I also bought my steaks at Walmart- I have been hearing how Walmart has good quality meat for a good price. I must say the price was no better than the store, the quality looks pretty good.. it will be interesting tasting what they have to offer!!

| We put tenderloin steaks on the grill yesterday for dinner, but didn't need to marinate them. So very, very fork tender. Yours sounds very yummy. Let us know how they turned out.

| I sure will!! That marinate is also really good on chicken! I didn't think I would like it, my co-worker was using it on her salad. I asked to try some, I was surprised how good it was- she said she puts it on her chicken.. so I thought if it is good on chicken it has to go good with steak- sure enough it was amazing!

Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | I always cook pork or beef ribs on stove top covered with coke or Pepsi, low heat,it takes hours as I always fix a lot to freeze and have later. They come out so tender, have Heated bbq sauce heated and put ribs in turning them several times with the bbq sauce and let set for half hour then put on bbq or bake in oven short time uncovered. everyone raves how tender and tasty they are. |

I watch Master chef and they get all their grocery items from Walmart. They always advertise for them. I HATE walmart and basically will not go in the store unless I am with someone and they make a stop and I have no choice. I haven't been in a Walmart in over a year now! Yay me! I do love Tbone steaks! YUM! I make my own marinade, DH is always afraid to put my steaks on the grill because my marinade is flammable. LOL I use Soy sauce, OJ, Olive Oil, salt, pepper, Garlic powder (fresh chopped when I have it), fresh chopped herbs, depends on what I have, basil, oregano, cilantro, fresh squeezed lime juice and a tad bit of this crazy stupid HOT sauce we have. Only needs an hour or so, marinate only room temp steaks though.

| Why did your ribs end in disaster? I make ribs all the time and they are perfect. I also make my own BBQ sauce so I don't have garbage ingredients. I can help with this!
