My top picks are Daphne's Slow Cooking Peachy Chicken & Clinton's Chicken and Sausage Stew...yum yum yum yum! Delicious!

| I enjoy the show as well, that must have been cool to go to a taping, did you get to sample anything. Have you been to Marios Resturant complex, Eatly (sp) I did not eat there but walked through the place, what a mob scene and so much to choose from.

| Love it....have watched it from the start! I love the pot stickers (steamed dumplings) that they did on ?? Thursday ?? ....cant wait to do them this next week on vacation! I like to fry mine...I cant get past that slimy, raw-like texture when they are steamed.... |

I love pan frying mine after they are steamed also, did they make them from scratch. I always get the ones from Costco seems easier that way

| Did them from scratch! I get the ones from Sams...and pan fry them.....I want to do them from scratch...it was so simple...need a food processor, put in chicken, some shrimp, ginger and some other seasons, pulse just to chop it up not make mush, then put 1.5 teasp. of mixture into the won ton thingies, seal the seams with water, and steam.....then I would pan fry mine to make them a tad bit crunchy...just not slimy! My brother says it is the dipping sauce that makes or ruins pot stickers....he has a favorite resturant that makes the very best sauce.....I am trying to duplicate it...my brother comes this next week for a week vacation here in Houston with family...I will get the name of the resturante and see if I can google the recepie for his favorite sauce.... |

& Yes! I've been to Eataly twice! It's delicious! I've only eaten at Pizza/Pasteria though. Very delicous butternut squash ravioli and braised veal pasta. YUM! Awesome gelato too!
