| Low fat/calorie/carb/sugar desserts or sweets recipes Anyone have any recipes they want to share that are for desserts that are 'healthier' than normal? I have 1, but its not chocolate. Its still delicious though. Cheesecake stuffed strawberries: 1 box sugar free cheesecake pudding 1 package fat free cream cheese 2 cups (make your own whipped cream) using heavy cream and truvia sweetener. (make to taste since some like it sweeter than others) Mix ingredients together Get a bunch of larger strawberries, wash them, cut stems off to make a flat surface and cut an X down the center of them from the point, stand them on a plate (stem side down so they stand up) Take your cheesecake mixtures and put it into a piping bag or freezer bag and clip off the corner. Stuff it in the X in the strawberries and squeeze it into them until they are 'full'. Refridgerate for 30 mins before serving. It's REALLY good and it looks SO nice on a plate, great presentation for dinner parties or to bring to someone's house.
