| OxyElite Pro or other supplemens. Has anyone used this product and if so how'd they do with it? I started my diet day nine tomorrow, and I'm down 7.5 lbs. I won't say it's all Oxy, I have maintened a healthy diet, 4 ounces of meat with a lot of veggies, and I eat Special K with skim milk and a bananna or Peanut Butter and Jelly on whole wheat with skim milk for a snack and usually a Slim Fast or Protein Shake at some point during the day, so I won't say it's all Oxy making me lose, but I think it's definately helped. Plus I'm using Ali with my dinner. I can't excise due to being only 2.5 weeks post op from knee surgery. Just wondering if anyone else is using Oxy or any other supplement and how they are doing with it. |
