2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip or Caserole ! INGREDIENTS: (Served as an appetizer) 1 (8 oz.) pkg.cream cheese 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing 1/2 cup FRANK'S REDHOT Buffalo Wing Sauce or FRANK'S REDHOT Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 2 cups shredded cooked chicken 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese DIRECTIONS: PLACE cream cheese into 9-inch pie plate. Microwave 1 min. to soften. Whisk in salad dressing and Buffalo Wing Sauce until smooth. STIR in chicken. BAKE 20 min. at 350°F or until mixture is heated through. Serve with crackers or cut up vegetables. Variation: (Served as Casserole for dinner) Replace the shredded chicken with 2 cups of 1 1/2" cubed Tyson Chicken breast chunks or Chicken breat tenders cut into chucks. Add 1 bag of cooked egg noodle. Mix well and Bake for 30-35 min at 350°F . I tried this during a test market at Meijer and loved it. Came up with the idea of making it into a meal by adding noodles and making it a casserole. Make it a Dip for parties or a Casserole for dinner either way it is Delish .... Enjoy !

| Oh! I love this dip! Delish! If you make a casserole version with the noodles, I'd be interested in a review of how it turned out. I love buffalo anything! |

| I've made that for parties before and it had a luke warm reception. I've also made it for parties and had people go nuts over it (geography, i think.) I will say that 1/2 cup of red hot is a LOT. I used way less than that and it still turned out really spicy. |

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | Well I made it and got mixed reviews My DD who puts hot sauce on everything chicken took one bite and refused to eat it. DH heard the work pasta and formed his opinion before I even took it out of the oven. But he did eat most of it. Now on the other hand my DS who hates hot foods and pretty much everything I make ate most of his, with no rude comments which is a bonus So, there are plenty of left over for ME ! Me I liked it, it wasn't too hot and I paired it with a side salad and garlic toast. Good thing or the DD may have went to bed hungry. I also added a cup of mozzarella cheese to the mix. That helped hold all that goodness together. Important note: be sure to pre cook the chicken before mixing it into the casserole and putting it into the oven. (boil or microwave it) Plus you may want to cover it with foil so that it doesn't dry out. Using a casarole dish and not a baking dish like I did would help too.

| If I don't have any leftover roast chicken, I buy the white chicken meat in the can - looks like a large can of tuna. Today I heard - "Ma, can you make the chicken dip - the Jets are on." So Mamma went and made chicken dip. |
