Donating YT 500 Club Member | Got to have: Thyme Basil Oregano Parsley Sage Rosemary I keep big pots of them growing, bringing them inside for the winter, so I can have fresh herbs all year long. Any other fresh herbs, I'll buy as needed. Also must haves...not herbs but, garlic and chives.

| That's why growing them is great. You can go pick a handful and throw them on a salad or a pizza or in your soup or grilled cheese! No worry about a paltry sprig of $5 herbs going in the garbage!

He asked what I was doing. I told him I was going to put them in the salad. He looked me straight in the eye and said " We don't eat our plants"

| I had never heard of soapers...fixed us a lovely garden salad with lots of fresh veggies and herbs...cilantro being one of them. We were eating and all of a sudden my DH looked at me and ask if I put dawn dish soap in his salad!! I said are you insane, why would I put dish soap in our salad...lol Needless to say he is not a cilantro fan

I wonder if culantro would hit the same notes : What is culantro? Is it the same as cilantro?

| I want to grow some herbs so this thread is particularly pertinent right now! So for those of you that grow your own.. do you have them all in one pot or do you have several pots all over? I don't really have much room so wondering if this will work for me..... Hey... pictures always help.... |

These were invented right here in Sarasota and I have personally met with Nancy Jane (who is also on QVC and HSN). I don't think there is a superior product out there yet! They require very little "footprint space". As long as you use worm poop and coconut coir......you are GOLDEN!!
