| Potato, Broccoli & Sausage Skillet I made this Sunday night and DH said to put the recipe in the "Keep" file, so I thought I'd share. 1 box (4.7oz) Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes (I used the cheesy type) 2 c hot water 2/3 c milk 2 T butter 2 c sliced fully cooked smoked sausage or kielbasa 1/2 c Old El Paso Thick 'n Chunky salsa 2 c frozen broccoli florets 1. Stir scalloped potatoes sauce mix, hot water, milk, butter and potatoes in 12" skillet or 3 quart saucepan. Heat just to boiling, stirring occasionally. 2. Add sausage and salsa; stir until well mixed. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Stir in broccoli. Cover, cook 8 minutes longer or until potatoes and broccoli are tender. Sauce will thicken as it stands. Makes 4-6 servings Enjoy!

| Thank you for that! I am keeping that recipe and it made me so hungry though I just had a nutrition shake for lunch and am full to the nostrils, I am starving now for that skillet pie!
