| Recipes My son has decided he doesn't want the traditional Christmas dinner this year. So, I asked him what he did want. He wants an asian Christmas dinner. He wants egg rolls, fried rice, scallion chicken, and crap wontons. Please please share any recipes you have for these and if there are any other good recipes that would go with it!!

| Ha ha!! Yes, that would be easier! I actually went to the Asian market today and purchased some things. I make eggrolls a lot and have even made the wontons. I haven't done fried rice or the scallion chicken. But I will figure it out!!

| Very well! Thanks for asking! We had egg rolls, crab wontons, and fried rice. I never got my hands on a recipe for scallion chicken so we skipped it this time. But it was very yummy! I actually did find out how to make fried rice and it turned out wonderful. I made 50 egg rolls and 50 crab wontons along with a huge pan of rice. Needless to say, there isn't much left! Oh and of course soy sauce and Mae Ploy sauce. I love to dip my egg rolls in the Mae Ploy.
