| What's the favorite thing in your kitchen? Your favorite kitchen tool or ingredient that you use to cook with. I really miss having a full kitchen. Currently I am running on a convection oven, microwave, and full size fridge, that is it! Thank god I have the convection, is all I have to say! My fave kitchen tool which is in storage at MIL's place is my Kitchenaid that I pretty much only use to make my famous garlic mashed red potatoes. My fave ingredient is my secret stash of pink Himalayan salt. Do you have any neat-o gadgets that I must get once I get a full on kitchen again?

| My favorite tool will sound very lame, buuut I love my thermometer. I guess I'm waiting on my health dept. inspection. Of course my microwave runs a tight second, is there anything it can't do? My fave ingredient is Garlic Herb seasoning. It can turn almost anything into magic.

| My favorite things in the kitchen were my roommates large toaster oven, and her slow cooker. The toaster oven was amazing. You could put a full plate of nachos in there to melt the cheese to perfection! I loved baked foods more than I like cooking on the stove. I hate heating up the oven to make something for 2 people. The heat from the oven is enough to heat up the whole apt! Not with my old roomies toaster oven. Her slow cooker was awesome! Home made fresh chili. I dream of the day that I can make my own chili at home. So many other recipes I want to try too. I wasn't hungry before, but I sure am now. Would love some of your mashed potatoes. They are so good!!! Secret ingredient.... I don't have one. I'm not a very good cook. I'm a decent baker, especially sweets. According to the boys, I make the best oatmeal cookies. They're more like oatmeal mini cakes. Light and fluffy. Too bad I hate oatmeal.

| My fave kitchen tool is my Le creuset pot and pan. They hear so quickly, clean so easily and can go from stovetop to oven. Love it! My secret ingredient is frozen organic broccoli and frozen organic vegi mix from Costco. We buy a huge bag and I divi it up into smaller zip locks to keep in the freezer. For every meal, I put the vegis in with whatever meat or sauce I'm cooking. We love vegis and it's a super easy way to get them in all our meals. |

| I think my favorite tool is my crock pot. It is incredibly easy to cook delicious meals and it makes the house smell so wonderful all day! I'm cooking chicken noodle soup right now (although it's 100 degrees outside). I've made delicious soups, chili, pot roast, beef dishes, etc. Everything turns out amazing.

| I have a slow cooker but never used it. I don't even know where it is now.

| This sounds crazy, but I LOVE my Racheal Ray oval sauce pan. I make a lot of pasta recipes, and this is great to make sauces in. The shape is great for it. I also love our deep fryer (I know, very very bad!), but the husband makes the best handcut french fries in the world! (I guess we're starting to see how I gained weight. ) My last no do without would be my Pampered Chef stone for in the oven. It makes great pizza, strombolis, and crisps up leftovers from takeout.

| My favorite thing in the kitchen is my daughter the chef. I hate cooking, she loves it and does it for a living. If she wants a new kitchen toy,I go buy it. If she wants to make something new for dinner,I go shopping with her list. This wont last forever, but while it is here. I am a happy woman. |
