| Thank you Alyssa...it's good to be back (well, on the way back anyway eek! ). Sorry to hear about you having to watch what you're eating - yucky for such a lovely foodie! Of course it's difficult - but worth it, of course Now I hate to say this, but I've just had a toasted hot cross bun, covered in raspberry jam...and then topped with clotted cream ice cream Sorry! xx

| Oh my goodness Jeannie! it's a good thing sweets aren't what get me salivating! Lol, that is one heck of a creation Sally- your sweet treat sounds delicious but it's max dogs corned beef sandwich and coleslaw that has me pining.... Onion roll?! Yum!! When I was seven I did yard work to earn money for deli potato salad- it is all I wanted and I bought it Today I had a cup of coffee, a peanut butter and jelly with goldfish crackers (took the kids to the park, had to eat kid food) and two Oreo cookies. Later I had a Carmel latte and a tomato sandwich with toasted garlic sourdough bread, mayonnaise, onions and lettuce.

| Oh yes indeed- that is my favorite kind I would stuff myself full of deviled eggs when I was little too and I wonder how my cholesterol got high? Lol. Well despite my good morning food, I'm afraid dinner turned out to be two hot dogs (very mayonnaisey, ketchup for sure and with mustard this time- no onions though) some handfuls of crackers and another Oreo cookie. The real sin here?...I served my man a salmon fillet, sweet potato and salad- I should've had that. Hotdogs are my weakness. We went to another park and let the kids play and walked lilah until it got dark...it felt like summer...hot dog weather ya know? It smelled like warm air and late nights and memories....start again tommorow!

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | Roast chicken, jacket potatoes, parsnips and yellow beans with gravy! Yums. lots of chicken left over for training treats, then I will make a chicken salad, and have some sliced chicken left over for sandwhiches. :-) 2 meals and a few lunches too!

Today I started of with a Starbucks Carmel latte for breakfast before church, we went out afterwards and I had a Cuban sandwich with mustard and pickles, pulled pork and ham, tater tots and a yummy crunchy house salad. When I got home I had a delicious cup of dark afternoon coffee....yum
