| So I was good again this morning and just had a huge 1/2 caff coffee with a Slim Fast Cookie Dough Meal Bar(yuck). But for lunch am looking at calling Pizza Hut!

| I had a banana. I'm one of those people that can't eat much in the morning, or I feel sick all day. I'm starving now, though! Don't know if I will make it until my lunch break at 1!

| I don't know why but I wake up starving every morning - can barely wait until the coffee brews to start breakfast. My sister is like you and just can hardly manage to put anything in her stomach before noon or she feels sick. Think of the calories you all save!

| You know I just don't have a choice. I wake up so hungry my stomach is literally growling and I feel like I could eat two breakfasts. So, unlike my sister, I have always had to eat breakfast. I think somehow it has helped me keep my weight down as I am not so hungry by lunch I overeat. Anyway, breakfast it still my favorite meal(even if it is not pizza) so I am happy to scarf it down. Usually I eat a protein bar or bran cereal with no fat milk and maybe a piece of fruit for breakfast but this month I bought 2 boxes of Honey Buns and have had one of those for breakfast occasionally. Trouble is, they are tiny, have no protein and just don't fill you up but 2 would be too many so I just starve till lunch! Maybe that is why I have been craving pizza so much - those tiny honey buns just don't feed me.

For breakfast today I had a ham and egg sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes on sourdough, with, yes of course, mayo.

Lunch is usually my biggest meal of the day...the combination of little food in the morning and too much to do every day!

| For those of you who like pizza may I suggest Amy's Kitchen Pizza? All of the ingredients are organic and for vegetarians (not vegan!). I'm not a vegetarian, but I personally find these extremely delicious and satisfying AND a lot of variety Here's a link to all of them: Amys Kitchen : Natural and Organic Foods

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Menopause did it to me too, and the more I dieted the more I gained, I keep food journals so I KNOW how much I was eating, it was so depressing to feel like you had to starve yourself and still be fat. Just make sure you have some protein with the sweets, if you want to avoid sugar dips. For example, Hershey’s with almonds would be better than just plain chocolate alone. Working out also helps keep the blood sugar stable, so it helps in more than one way.
