| A Yorkie Angel-SAVE A PET.com you can't go wrong owning a yorkie. They are very special dogs. I love mine to pieces! I waited for a long time to get one as well and it turns out to be worth the wait. I searched for a couple years because they are expensive. I got mine from a rescue in Issaquah. Adoption fees were very reasonable and made it worth the drive from Puyallup. Be a yorkie angel yourself and adopt one. Save a life and save some money. My little guy is so gorgeous it's hard to believe he came from a rescue. Perfect dog. Socialized, friendly and was easy to potty train. I heard the potty training thing can be difficult. The only thing is...he is glued to me when i'm home. He's grown very attached to me because he has been in a few foster homes. Be prepared to have time for the baby. |

Yorkie Yakker | Hi there.. I knew about the Dog Show at the Fairgrounds from a friend of mine also I had remembered about it from last year. I live pretty close so I saw it up on the reader board thing! If I'm not mistaken I believe there will be another one in June sometime. I'll go again for sure and who knows hopefully at that time I will have a Little One I'll be carrying with me checking things out. Lisa |

| I'm so sad! I always go to the Puyallup shows, but was on a road trip to Cali with my daughters. I even had it on my calendar...and my sis in law called and let me know I missed it. Dang. We did have a fun road trip, however! deb |

| We were at the Puyallup show too. We brought Honey and King. The ICSB lab was there and King had his appointment for collection for frozen. Honey was there as his "incentive". We of course watched the Yorkies show their stuff. They were absolutely stunning. The Silkies were very nice as well. I picked up some hints on banding the coats after showing. I band ours, but wasn't doing the mustaches and top knots the same way and will try their method next time. And of course we shopped the vendor booths with supplies. Larry picked out a Christensen brush with bamboo pins and we really like it. The dogs seem to enjoy the feel of it on their skin. All in all , it was a fund weekend.

| Darn, Carolyn, it would have been nice to visit and meet your hubby too. I just bought some of Chris Christensens shampoo and conditioner and I love it!!! I don't have the brush yet. My friend and I still want to plan a visit to your place just to get to visit with you... Are you interested in meeting up with us at our fun yorkie meets? The next one will be at my house. Obviously it would be too much to bring all your babies, but you could bring a couple each time, just for play time, if you'd like. We'd love to have you. Just let me know.. deb |
