| rehoming Siberian Husky & German Shepard Hello just wondering if any one was intersted in adopting a full grown female german shepard, and full grown siberian husky? i am needing to rehome due to the fact we are dont have the time they need and i feel really bad since we are having a pool put in our yard and we dont want them squished to oine side and i feel better with them going some where they can be treated how they should be, the best they can be not just good. i have talked to the rescue and they will take my german shpeard cause she is fixed but since my husky isnt they wouldnt take him, thats the resuce i talked to, but i kow there are others but i would like some feed back on them, thanks so much guys

| Oh no...I am so sorry you are having to rehome them. We have a rescued German Shepard, she is wonderful. Good luck finding them a good home...hopefully someone close by can take them.

| Im rehoming my dogs so they can have more room and a better life in general, not so i can get a pool. Even after adding a pool my dogs have plenty of room, but i dont want them confined to a corner, even if we are putting a gate around te pool, i dont want them to be kept away or in a gated area. I dont have the time it takes lately for them and i personally feel bad, but not as bad as some people on here make others feel. I used to love coming on here but lately its been the same ol same people thinking they know everyone and everything and that their opinion is the only one that counts. for those who interested in helping me and my dogs then by all means go ahead but if all you can do is hate then please dont spend you time on my post or any question i may have. anyway ......

and yes the german shepard ihave is wonderful, we rescued her and she has been great, she protects us and all but i know she can have so much more, i have considred though keeping her, as i am really attached to her, but i knoe the husky needs so much more, they are very hyper and active dogs and he needs more, but they are such great dogs the german shepards. i thought i only liked big dogs till igot frankster and i love him to death, he has such an attitude though i tell you.

| I would be very careful when it comes to rehoming the Shepherd. He is very attached to you and is protective of you. He may not be with another family. If they have plenty of room then I would try and put up a gate to keep them from the pool. I have a Shepherd and I know he wouldn't take to another family. He is also very protective of us. Especially of my daughter. I hope things work out for the best.
