| Meet Penny... Gizmo's baby sister This is Penny, Gizmo's baby sister... she is a 10 week old Boston Terrier. She is soooooo full of energy.. my goodness.. we picked her up on Wed and so far we are making baby steps together... Gizmo is not very keen on her right now.. we are making sure he knows he is still our baby but given the difference in age I am not sure if that is going to be a problem .. since Gizmo is almost 2 yrs old and she's 10 weeks? If any of you guys have any experience with this I would love all the advice we can get... I am crossing my fingers that everything works out and they can eventually play together... anyhow here is our little girl Penelope ( Penny)... she is as my hubby calls her " His lucky "penny".... " |

| i hope everything works out for you. my husband loves boston terriers. regarding advise... my muffie is the queen of our home. when we bring a new baby here, i hold the baby and let muffie sniff her. i will let her down and muffie will jump on top of her and just lay on top of the baby. she has done this with each one of the new babies we have brought home. she has even growled at them but not very loud. with in a few days, they are all playing together. cross my fingers....all have gotton along well. i think you need to let the dominate one show she is in charge but make sure she is not hurting the baby. keep an eye on both of them congrats and good luck

| I brought my shih poo, Oliver, in when Otis (yorkie) was about a year and a half. Don't be discouraged. Oliver tries to be dominant. He tugs on Otis's ears and tries to play rough. They only play together every now and then and it's usually chasing each other. Most of the time it seems Oliver just gets on Otis's nerves and he gets up and moves away from him. I think they love each other. Oliver definately feels bonded to Otis because when he's gone he looks for him everywhere. They are 2 and 3 now and they keep each other company, but don't play together very much. Hang in there, they will establish the order and hopefully everything will be fine.

| Aww, Penny is sooo cute!! Congrats on your new addition!! Don't worry, before long they will be the best of friends!! It always takes awhile for them to adjust and get use to everything new. I have had some take over a month before they would accept the new puppy. Hang in there, it will get better!!
