| Names for a boy dog What are some good names for a male dog? There's a stray dog (I think he's a Ridgeback Mix) that's hanging around, and he's so cute, and I just thought it'd be cute to name him.

| So far, suggestions from my friends have been: Red Tyson Tiko (tee-ko) Here's a picture. (Sorry it was taken through my window, and the flash messed it up). He's on the left (Holly's on the right - we were afraid he'd hurt her, but they're good friends now!)

| Does he have a tag on? You may want to try and find his owner. He must have a good one because he looks very healthy. |

No tag or collar. And he's been hanging around for a couple weeks now. We think he's eating food at our neighbor's house (they breed hunting dogs). My mom asked around at the grocery she works at (very small town) and no one knows who he belongs to. We think someone may have dropped him off because he's wary of people. And we get a LOT of drop offs. We've had 3 people drop dogs at our house last year. He's become really good friends with Holly, my husky, so if we don't find his owner soon we may end up keeping him. My mom asked the ladies at the store to ask around, and so when she goes to work on tuesday we'll see if anyone says anything. Thanks though. Anyone have any name suggestions for while he's here?

| He looks like a Red to me. He looks like he's in really good shape. You might want to put up fliers or something.

| Thanks you two! We're calling him red for now! xnatalie: We think we may have found who he belongs to, and if it's not his dog, we're going to put up flyers. Thanks though!

| So do I! And guess what? If it is, the guy lives way back in the woods behind our house, so maybe he'll let him visit! Holly's becoming really attached to him, and gets excited, and "asks" to be let out on her tie out to play with him. I'll let you guys know!
