| Your pets are very cute!! I'm not one for snake type pets, but when I was in Florida, I had a couple wild snakes in the back yard. lol

| Thanks I know Millie looks kinda scary but she is actually really docile and very slow. And they dont bite at all. We've had her for a year now, so shes kind of grown on me. It took me a while before I would hold her, but it is actually pretty neat. Especially when you feed her by hand. She loves cucumber, bananas, and doggie kibble. She is a 'first pet' for my 7 year old son, who is obsessed with insects.

| Great pictures! The millipede is really interesting! Did it come from a pet store? I'm curious, are they expensive?

| The pet store owner actually ordered one for me from a guy that breeds these. You can buy them as babies too, about 3 inches long, but my son wanted a big one. They can live 8-10 years in captivity. I think I paid only $25 for it.

| You have an adorable "family" ( I'm not sure about the millipede though )!!... Spike has my attention, love that face!!...He looks like he'd be your little goof (I mean that affectionately), the one that would have you laughing!...

| What an eclectic 'clan' you have! Three rescues....sounds like you have a big heart. The look on Ash's face had me chuckling. Major attitude!!! Millie is a great choice for a bug-interested 9 yr. old. Very interesting!

| Awww the pets are so cute....except the millipede Im very scared of insects. Its really quite large. Im sure its a great first pet for your son and probably much easier than another dog or cat. Its fun to see the different types of pets out there. I had no idea you could get a millipede.

| What gorgeous babies you have! A millipede is a pretty cool pet (not sure I'd want one myself - I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to insects) xxx xxx
