| Need some special thoughts and prayers When I lived at my parents we got a doberman, her name is Lucy. Lucy is now 10 1/2 years old. The short story is she had two lumps my parents had them removed and a million more came out, had them checked out and they are just fatty tumors. She had a strange growth appear and I took her to the vet to get it checked and the vet took a sample and when he called he said it was cancer. But at her age my parents didnt want her to have surgery, my mom cleaned it everyday and it went away. Well for the past three days she's been hacking. My parents think maybe she's getting a lump in her throat. i did however give her a bully stick before she started this, she's had them before and never had an issue, i'm thinking it's a fluke, maybe it aggitated whatever she may have. So I just talked to my mom and she's very upset, she thinks Lucy only has a few days. I can only hope she goes peacefully. She doesnt seem to be suffering at all and my parents would NEVER let her suffer. All I ask for is your thoughts and prayers, that when it's her time to cross over to Rainbow Bridge, that she goes peacefully. Ive attached a picture of Lucy.
