Yea..we have too many of those stupid trees in our yard. We had about 5 of them cut down last year and hubby wanted them all gone, but I really do like having the nice big trees in my yard and if we cut them all down we won't have any , but I think I'm just about ready to bite the bullet and just say the heck with it and cut them all down.
Hon, RR, isn't gonna make it out of Virginia 'til July at the soonest

I like trees but not gumball trees That neighbor has a ton of trees, hurricanes come along...take one out...but not the stupid gum ball tree Nosiree, Mr. Gumball tree is alive, well, and dropping those stupid gumballs as we speak

Yea...we had a big ice storm in December, you walked outside and all the trees falling sounded like a guns going off in a war zone. It was even dangerous to walk outside! But do you think any of the sweetgum trees fell, or the one tree in our yard that is hollow all the way through and is going to cost us $500 to have cut down, noooooooooo! And I really wanted one to fall on my deck so I could get that replace...but no siree!

If they don't have sweetgum trees in Ohio, I may have to move. It would drive you crazy, RR, it drops little round spikey balls EVERYWHERE. You can not walk barefoot 'cause they hurt. This fall and winter (h-ll every fall and winter) we picked up 50,000 gumballs, ok, it feels like that many. I have literally filled three clear yard bags full with nothing but gumballs.
