Animal Control Officer Rachel Solveira placed a restraining order on him. It was the first time such an action was taken against a cat in Fairfield.

In effect, Lewis is under house arrest, forbidden to leave his home.

Solveira also arrested the cat's owner, Ruth Cisero, charging her with failing to comply with the restraining order and reckless endangerment.

Rrosenberry's kitty was on house arrest on Monday.....

We never had any killer kitties, but had geese that would attack you. Used to take dd when she was small to feed them. She'd end up throwing the entire loaf of bread at them...screaming..."here, just take it". What a happy childhood memory....

I think crazy Lewis has been in my neighborhood, we have a cat just like that,, I call him the " Crazy Cat" he appears just when ya forget about him,.. He has jumped against my picture window when it was about 5 degrees outside, he was outside and Toto was in and they were having one of those LOUD screaming things in the middle of the night, so I get up and I bang on the window to TRY to scare him away,,, Not happening, He runs and slams into the widow about 6 times, I was like " Oh MY!" as I backed up quickly!
Then he's been out back and I've opened the door to try to scare him and he charges at YOU! YIKES, I've thrown a broom at him and he then runs and attacks the broom.

SO, I've decided not to mess with him!

He WINS!

I asked my vet about him, is he nuts, crazy or what,, he said " No he's just and unneutered male, and you don't wanna mess with them" I said " Oh I learned that."
