| Christmas Shopping Yet Has anyone started their christmas shopping yet? I am trying to get myself in the mood to start early, but so far I have not. I would really like to be done by thanksgivings, all my kids and their spouses have an amazon wish list. so it's not like I really have to think hard here, so whats my problem? no christmas music? naw I have cd's if I was really into it, hallmark have all their christmas ornaments out and some of the stores or already decortated, the weather has turn a little cool, the atmosphere is set so what is wrong with me, I am afraid I am becoming a Mrs Scrooge here. anyone else with this problem? |

| usually by now I am through, and I can sit back an enjoy the holiday season without all the rush and stress. but as I get older I get slower and slower, Halloween is not a big deal for us, Thanksgiving and Christmas are our busy times. |

Therapy Dog Donating Member | I just started this past week for my GE buddy...does that count..hehehe. I'll probably start by end of October - this year - mostly gift cards since that's what everyone wants....go figure...I like to open presents so what I do is put the gift card in a box and wrap. I have no idea what to get some people this year that's the problem.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I started last month. This year I have my birth son who I just reunited with in May and his wife to shop for too. Also his wife (she's older) has 2 grown kids and 4 grandkids. Not sure what to do about them that's a lot of people!! Yikes!

| I'm about half done. I also start shopping in January and pick things up here and there. I don't have credit cards so I have to do it this way.
