| Thanks for the link. Luckly I don't use splenda, and I am trying to stay away from sugar, unless we have to cook with it. Like sweet tea, no more for me |

| I noticed that all the fruit waters have sucralose in them and stopped letting my children drink them. It's too risky to let children have it IMHO. I don't think there's enough studies. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

| I cannot comment on the legitimacy of the info as I have not seen the research. I would take it with a grain of salt until then. After all, he is selling a book. Also, he tells us nothing about his background. "Dr." could be a PhD, MD, ND, Chiropractor, who knows?

| if you do a google search for splenda, you will read all kinds of things that talk about this same stuff... i would rather be safe than sorry. and just stick with what nature gives us. IMO raw sugar in limited quantities is just so much safer than over-doing the artificial sweeteners and such.

| splenda Thanks so much for that post!!!!! I have done alot of looking a artificial sweetners since I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis a year ago. You need to google aspartame!!!!! I blame my diagnosis on that, but you never can proove it. I stick to Stevia or real sugar. The artificials never helped me loose weight in all these years. Its just me not sticking to a good diet plan. I think the MS was my wake-up call. I just thank God everyday that I am not in a wheel-chair and my MS is remitting. Alot of people with MS are much worse off than me. Thanks again, Lynn |

I was experiencing terrible joint pain and it went into my chest. I tolerated it thinking it was arthuritis or age unitil a YT member posted a thread regarding it. I did some research and found that joint pain, among other things can be a side effect! I stopped immediately and within 3days the pain subsided and within a week I felt brand new. Who would ever guess that my pain could be from a sweetner. IT'S POISON. Believe me. | |
