| Zoom, Gentle White, etc. Has anyone had their teeth whitened? If yes, what method did you use? Laser, bleach? I've heard a lot of positive things about Zoom. I called my dentist to see if he does Zoom but he doesn't, he does Gentle White (www.gentlewhite.com). It's $450 for 1 treatment. Has anyone ever heard of Gentle White? How effective was it (or any other tooth whitening method) for you? My teeth aren't really that bad but I have braces on; so after they're removed I want to have my teeth whitened. I don't smoke or drink coffee (I know that stains teeth) but I do drink diet soda (like Diet Coke, Diet Sierra Mist, Diet Sunkist, Diet Lemon Snapple and Diet Nestea). I'm trying to give it up but it's hard. I only have 1 can of diet soda a day (at dinner), that's it. I drink water all day at work and with my lunch. So, has anyone had their teeth whitened? Details please!!!

I just want to make sure my teeth are nice a bright after these darn braces come off. I want them to look healthy and glow.

| I used crest white strips after I got my braces off.. they looked really white. It made my teeth sensative at first, but I got used to it. |

| When you say sensitive, do you mean sensitive to hot or cold foods or chewing in general?
