| I've been struggling It seems that every year around this time, I suffer from MAJOR headaches. every single day. I typically can work through them and get on about my business...and a lot of times, I can take something to get rid of them for a few hours. but today is just not one of those days. I am in so much pain. I know the last thing I need to be doing is being online...but I had to let a few of my customers know their orders shipped. I am heading to bed....but could sure use some prayers. I am tired of this...I'm ready to not be in pain anymore. This has been going on for about 4 weeks now. ugh...

| I know the feeling so I can definitely sympathize with you. Maybe it's sinuses? Or try some migraine medicine. Try a few things and maybe eventually you'll feel better. Hope you feel better. |

| I can relate. Darn headaches! I get bouts of them too that can last for weeks and I swear nothing will get rid of them. I hope yours come to an end soon. They sure can take the joy out of life! *HUG*

| A nurse told me that she uses peppermint oil for headaches. She puts a little dab or two where it seems to be hurting the most and maybe at her temples, too and rubs it in - she said it takes her headaches away. I haven't tried it yet but I'm going to. |

| I am going through the same thing. I just moved from NH down here to NY and I guess I am having fall allergies. I back off of dairy and sugar which add mucus and bind your sinuses right up. If it is sinusis--- anti-hyst meds will work at first but then you will be headed for an infection. I was hospitalised about 10 years ago with a mess and they wanted to operate. I went to a holistic doc and learned how to manage it myself. When it starts I do what I first stated and may add in natural under tongue tabs to help break it up. I have avoided a full blown infection for the past 9 years. Warm, clear brothed soups with added garlic and ginger will help and soothe. Making herbal teas that you add sliced ginger to will also help----------keep sipping all day long. A warm compress across your nose and cheeks will also help things start moving and a neti pot filled with warm salt water will def get things moving and eliviate pain pronto. |

| Me too, I think mine are sinus related. I was in bed for hours(sleep is the only thing that really helps) on Sunday. I just stocked up on sinus pills yesterday. In Michigan we just went from hot to cold and I think it was just too much for my head. Hope you feel better but just know you're not alone in this. Sounds like a lot of people are having this problem which I guess is seasonal

| Mandy, hope you feel better soon. I know some people get bad headaches when the weather changes. Sounds strange but it's true. Perhaps you can go to the doctor and get some Tylenol with codine to help the pain. I do hope you feel better soon. |

| I have heard that headaches are sometime caused by dehydration. Maybe try drink more fluids. I know that this is the last thing on your mind right now when you have a headache, but really it is worth a try. Good luck and I hope that you feel better.

| Poor Mandee, I am so sorry about your headaches. If it happens about this time every year it sure sounds like allergies. If otc allergy meds don't work, ask your dr. for some. Usually they give samples until you find one that works. Take care sweetie, Patty |
