| How do you decide how much? Ok so I didnt know where to stick this and since this if Off Topic - I chose this one. I think I will be doing some cleaning this weekend and doing a lil cleaning out of Sam's stuff -- that may or may not fit - - just to make room for new stuff. So how do you decide how much it should be? So far example, If I paid new 5.25 for it and he wore it for a whole 10 minutes for a pic, what do you think it should sell for? And if you accept paypal, do you include the paypal fee (from my understanding there is one)? Ive never sold anything here so just wondering how ya price things. AND if anyone can give me Dummy explanation of how to RECEIVE money via paypal, heres a super big hug for you

| Paypal states that it is the sellers responsibility to inccur the % fee. If you want, you can just add that to the price of your items. As for paypal, have you set up an account yet? It is fairly simple. But, make sure that you get your account verified (with an account that you don't use on a regular basis, for various reasons. If you like, PM me and I can explain a little better). You get it verified so you can send money to your bank and also, so you can buy things from others. To recieve money, you have an account. Decide on a price with the buyer, then give them the e-mail that you registered with paypal to the buyer. They send you the money, and that is that. IF they use a credit/debit card however, you may have to hit "accept" in order to recieve the money. Hope that helps you out. Again, if you need help in detail, PM me, or post the questions up here. There are a lot of smart cookies on this forum!

| First, I can't wait to see what you will have up for sale! YAY! It all depends, about the pricing. Like some of Lily's dresses, I paid $12 for and she never wore....I just listed those as $12. Others, I just think of what I would like to get out of them, after shipping, etc. I normally add the shipping into the price (and the PayPal fees). This makes it easier. It doesn't cost much to ship clothing...unless there is a lot of it or it is going overseas. For overseas, if anyone asks, I will ship and then they have to pay the actual shipping (which you can get their zip and check that on the usps.com site). PayPal does charge fees...on any amount of money. The more money spent, the great the fees are. So you need to remember that if you are trying to get a certain amount of money. (fees aren't too bad, but they do cut into your amount). It is up to you how you do it (adding shipping or doing it seperate) and how much you charge. If the $5 shirt still new and excellent and you want to get $5 out of it...charge $5 plus the shipping cost. (maybe $6 or something)? Girl.......you just do want you want and we will buy!!! hee,hee

| Most people include the shipping and handling, plus a dollar for paypal. Hope that helps.

| I'm new to this Paypal thing too...Twalla, you're not the only one I just set up an account last night, but I have no idea how to buy with it, or how to receive money. I too want to sell some of Emma and Milli's stuff (I need to clean out their closet!!) And, I keep seeing things I want to buy, but I don't know how thru paypal. I'm kind of embarrassed -I'm actually very technologically capable, but for some reason, I've never explored the avenue of Paypal-probably because I like to shop too much So, I have a couple questions too: How do you know how much paypal fees will be? How much do they charge to sell vs. buy stuff? Is it a percentage? I know they have deals for businesses, but just for lil' old me-is there a flat fee or scale or something? Silviagirl, you said to use an account you don't use often for various reasons..why is that? Do you mean an email account or bank account? Thanks everyone, I'm SO lost!
