Peeka Boo I See You! Donating Member | Awww I'm sorry your having sleeping problems Well i have insomnia and i have it bad so i know how you feel. I fthis is an on going problem i would talk to your doctor about taking something at night for it. they have great meds now that are not habit forming that might help you. I have 2 small kids so taking meds like this is out of the question for me but you should try something. I get on average about 1 to 3 hours a sleep a night and there are times i go a few days with no sleep at all. It's the worst thing. Good luck and i hope you get some help.

Donating YT 11K Club Member | Thanks so much, I did enjoy it. It was a cruise of fun for small breeds and their owners. It just went around the hudson, the 5 boroughs. I am so tired tho! lol

| Try simply sleep by the makers of tylenol. Doesn't make you drowsy just stops all the thoughts running through your head. |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | I have heard of Ambien and always wanted to try it. Is it only prescribed?

| That's what happened to me last night!!! I finally fell asleep about 5am, and got up at 8! Needless to say, when I got home I took a 4 hour "nap." LOL

| Yes, Ambien is prescription, as is Lunesta, Sonata and Rozeram. They say they are non-addictive, but they are (mentally). Matt's mom can't sleep w/o Ambien.
