| that is soooo good.... it will be against the law to leave your dog OUTSIDE CHAINED OVERNIGHT! The only thing that worries me about that is that they will put them in the garage.... |

| It doesn't mentioned just being lose in a fenced backyard. I just got back from visiting my folks in Texas and the guy across the street left his dogs out a couple of time. 4am they would go off it was soo obnoxious.

| well I printed the law to keep at home.. there are several neighbors in my neighborhood who after Sept 1 I will BE CALLING the POLICE on, but it also says with this new law the dog can only be restraint outside between 601am-959pm.. after that they have to let them loose... It also says you CANNOT keep a dog TIED DOWN for MORE THAN 3 HOURS ! This is such great news!!! |
