Donating YT 3000 Club Member | need some help i have chicken leggs and i dont know what to do with them im gonna take the meat off the bones but what do you think i should do with it after do you have any good ideas or recipes HELP |

| orinskye.......LOL.....I thought the same thing too......... Browniesmom, Try making chicken tacos.........Use the meat you peeled off from the cooked chicken legs, one of those packets of taco seasoning, add some water, saute for about 10 minutes. ......and wallah!!! Put the meat in a shell -- they are great as either hard tacos or soft!! Then add your cheese, tomatoes, or whatever else you want for a chicken taco fiesta!!

| I usually freeze it and use them as treats when I train. I have use use this recipe or something like it. Instead of chicken liver, I used chicken http://www.bullwrinkle.com/index.htm....htm~indexmain As for human comsumption: I love BBQ chicken!!! |
