| OK, this is my recipe. I guess you could add mint instead of vanilla. It is the easiest and best fudge ever. In a microwave safe dish put one box of powdered sugar, 1/2 cup Hersheys cocoa, 1 stick of butter and 1/4 cup of milk. Microwave for 3 minutes and beat well with a mixer. This is where you would add your mint or vanilla or add nuts or whatever. Pour into an 8 by 8 pan and refrigerate until set. mmmmmmmmmm good By the way DO NOT MIX together before microwaving Last edited by patty58; 07-23-2007 at 06:21 PM. Reason: wrong directions |

| I have a yummy chocolate mint cheesecake recipe and a chocolate mint cake recipe .....hmmmm....think I'll add those to the cookbook!
