| I just don't understand I have noticed a lot of innocent & positive threads that have nearly been turned into war zones! I don't understand ruining someone else's happiness for whatever reason. I think its rather rude to come on a board (not just THIS board, but ANY board) and have your first few comments/replies be something smartassy and negative. I just don't get it. I was so excited to find this board and meet people who didn't think I was completely nuts for the way I treat my yorkie. The last thing I would want to do is piss off the people who understand that! I can't imagine saying some of the rude things that have been said to/about YTers lately - especially when I do not know them personally. I understand that quite a few of you DO know each other personally and deal with each other on and off the board, but I just think we are all adults and should not be so mean to each other out in the open. I am almost afraid to post anything because you never know what is going to set people off here lately. Granted it IS the internet and I am mature enough to consider the source, roll my eyes, and ignore it. There are still times where I want to scream at the screen "CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG????" Wow, Ok, so this turned into one big babbly basically lol Sorry about that. I just know that I enjoy this board immensely and would hate for anyone to stop coming here or be turned off from there because of all the "drama". Especially since there is SO MUCH knowledge and great advice here.

| I haven't paid much attention, but I know it is happening more and more lately. I truly believe that YT needs to become a closed forum to those who donate....I know that is horrible, but I am a member of several forums (not dog related) that we have to donate to (one, we even donate to every YEAR) and this has seemed to keep out a lot of the nonsense that goes on. I know, I know.....that is horrible, but I think it will help. There's just too much happening on here and I am afraid that YT will eventually loose so many of it's good members from all the BS that is going on......and I think if Admin could change the forum to being members only, that would cut down on A LOT!

| I would hate for it to become a closed forum because there ARE people who come here with truly good intentions and need/want advice. I'm just surprised at the way some people behave. I can't help but wonder where they left their manners.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I agree I had some post about my stupidity of putiing my girls in a stroller. I always stay away from controvery, but this really upset me.

| I saw that and honestly it was one of the posts I was referring to! It just really bothered me that that particular persons 2nd or 3rd comment on this board was something so RUDE.

| There seems to have been a lot of that lately. I just can't imagine being a person so thoughtless and rude. Even if I think the thread starter is totally wrong, if I'm going to post I am going to do so in a way that shows courtesy and perhaps make a suggestion - you know "The Golden Rule" of treating others as you would like to be treated.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | There's always going to be people out there who just want to ruin peoples fun...some take it further and try to intrude in peoples private lives but in most cases - it's just someone who gets a kick out of drama....it's just part of being online and if you ever see posts like that - report them with a site this big it's bound to happen. Just use common sense. Most all people here really do love yorkies - it's just the tiny percentage of JERKS that get noticed - and they DO get noticed lol - which is probably their plan ADMIN is great about taking care of those kinds of people. |

| There are good and evil people where ever you go. If some people's motive are to hurt and bring down others, donating 5 or 10 bucks to do that is nothing. I am think the heat is bring out the mean in some folks. Since May there are alot more young folks at home with nothing much to do, maybe YT should have an age requirement.

| I totally agree,I think that we should all value other peoples opinions and thoughts and answer in a :mature nice way", not in rudeness. We all are here due to one thing "our babies"..

My furkids Donating Member | Maybe I am oblivious to this but, I haven't noticed anything different than when I first joined. I think with a forum this big you are going to get tons of opinions and yes some that we don't agree with. I have noticed a few of the posts that have gotten a little nasty and a new member that obliviously came on here just to stir the pot and, Admin is certainly doing a great job stopping that.
