My aunt does nails though and if you don't want them to turn yellow in the sun/tanning bed she uses these strip things, I'm not sure what they are. Actually they stayed on longer than the acrylic nails (and I played basketball and showed steers and everything in them)...

| I have been getting my nails done for the past couple of years off and on. There is a little nail salon here in Athens, and they specialize in solar nails. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them! They are so worth the 10-15 bucks extra. Here a full set is $40 and a fill in is $25. You dont have to wait for them to dry..and like you said, they dont turn yellow in the sun, pool, or tanning bed. The look so natural..I love them!

| I have a friend who has her nails done with porcelain. They don't turn yellow either and are much less expensive than the solar ones. I had acrylic nails put on a few years ago and it totally ruined my own nails. It took a year or more before they were normal again. |
