| V - you are totally crazy!!! You look smokin hot!! But if you're serious, something that helped me was to incoporate Relacor. With all the stress you're under, I think you'll find this will help to shed some of the belly fat (like you have any) and it will help also with hormone levels. You can buy it in the diet section (although it isn't a diet aid) of any store. You're supposed to take 6 a day - I usually take 4, 2 in the morning, 2 at night. Another trick that works for me (when I'm really trying) is to keep cut-up veggies in the fridge at all times. So when I'm starving or just wanting to munch, there is always something there that isn't going to be empty calories yet help me fill up also.

YT 500 Club Member | I have been doing split portioning for a while now. I went from 125 to 112 currently. Basically u dont eat carbs with protein. So lets say u are eating a steak.. eat it with vegetables and no potatoes. U want pasta? go for it, just dont eat with meat. Its pretty simple and helps keep the weight off as well.

| Wish I could help you V, although I don't think you need to loose anything. The only thing that really kept me down was going out on Fri, Sat and Sun nights dancing for 7yrs. Really, since I stopped I've been fighting 10lbs for the last 8yrs. Between metabolism, age and chilling at home I can't get it off. I tried Suzanne Sommers which actually worked great but like everything else when you go off it comes back on, W W which is good because you can eat anything in moderation but I find myself going off that as well. I guess with dieting almost my whole life I am just tired of it. I don't eat much really to begin with and I just can't seem to eat any less nor do I want to. Love walking and do that daily. Let me know if you find the secret to keeping it off. Getting older just plain "SUCKS" for keeping the weight down. It get's harder and harder. Staying at 1200 calories a day always brought my weight right down but no more. Who can survive on less, I can't for sure but it just dosen't work anymore. Oh well what's life if we're not trying to find the magic diet to loose weight? Don't fret girlfriend, you look great. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | You go boogy Girl !! That's the fun way to lose weight for real !!! and you're so right about it getting old - I've been going up and down now the last 4 years but holy cow - never this much. It's not as much vanity as it is being uncomfortable and having ZERO energy lately....If I don't get a handle on it now it'll just get worse and then one day I wont be able to get off the couch.....I've always been a pretty hyper person and this is really taking it's toll. I've never looked into WW...maybe I should ? |
