| I love my new telephoto lens I have a Canon rebel xti and I am still learning how to use it. I got a telephoto lens so I can get a close up of my daughter on her graduation Saturday. I was practicing with it and I love to take pictures with it. Does anyone here have the same camera? |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Wow! Those are cool. I just got a Canon Powershot a few weeks ago and one of the reasons I bought it was because you could get both a supplemental telefoto and wide angle lens. Here's hoping my ultimate lens purchases captures shots as well as yours does. Good luck and congratulations with the graduation!! |

| I have the Canon Rebel XT -- I love it for the most part too. I still have not learned all that I need to get good pictures. The biggest reason I bought it was to photograph my son playing sports. I can't seem to take good action shots at night (football). The experts are telling me I need a faster telephoto lens -- which costs way more than the camera did! I see the xti has more megapixels. You should have a lot of fun with it! I have taken some awesome pictures with mine! Keep wondering what it could do if I really knew what I was doing.

| Is there any place on the net that I can send my pics that I have changed (lightened, cropped) and they can mail me the pics the way I have changed them. I am taking my memory card to Rite Aid and emptying it but the pics come out dark and some of them need cropped. I was just wondering if there are any places that I can send the changed pics to and they can mail me back the pics the way I want them. Thanks. |

| I have a Canon, too. Does anyone else have one that uses regular batteries? Mine uses AA batteries, and it drains them sooooooooooo fast!! I can't take many pics before I've got to replace them. I have tried both regular & rechargeable ones, and neither works better than the other. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem. (sorry...not trying to hijack your thread, but several people said they had Canons, so I was just wondering) Your pictures are beautiful!!! Great job!

Just do you editing and then save them back to your memory card then take to get printed. Or do you use a cable to transfer to the computer?

How old is your Canon? The newer models (past year or 2) have Digic II and Digic III somethng that supposedly bolsters battery life. I've only had my camera a little over 2 weeks, taken hundreds of shots and played with it off and on and I just changed the batteries for the first time Wednesday ... | |

| I don't have the Canon Rebel (either of those), but I want one (I believe Des has one). I want all the big attachments for it too (I want my camera to look like a big bazooka - I love taking pictures (nature, outdoors, etc). For my digital, I use the AA lithium batteries, they last a long time! I contact my camera to the computer to edit/crop/etc the pictures and sometimes even after doing that, I will also take the card to the kiosk at Wal-Mart to adjust/etc.
