So to think positive, I just thought maybe I would open up the discussion for people to share their healthy coping skills/style!! I need to breath in... and out.. I am so heated that I go crazy!! Have you experienced so much disappointment and anger? Sorry.. I know I am mumbling...

| Look forward to tomorrow. School is really getting to me, but I keep thinking about how the summer is coming up and how the fall will be better. Also, I always have a vacation planned, that way, I have something to look forward to!

| Whenever I get really stressed and I'm at home, I either go upstairs and take a long nap in my bed or go up there and listen to a calming CD with my headphones on. But lots of times were not home, when that mood hits us, so if I can, I take a walk other than that, I just wish I could either scream my head off or cry my eyes out Good Luck Michiko, your not alone in feeling like that at all....

| Poor Michiko! We all know those feelings. I usually vent to 3 or 4 people I know who don't mind. Then I just feel bad until it passes - one of the blessings of living alone! I find that if I'm angry or upset, just letting myself feel it helps me to feel better much faster. Sorry you're upset, Judy |
