| Somebody broke into our car last night and stole the GPS . I'm so upset since that was a present I got for hubby for Christmas. It played movies and MP3s too. They knew exactly what to look for once they saw the mount on the windshield, the GPS was sitting in a bag behind the passenger seat and they also took the charger for it. Now we have a duct-taped plastic until we get a new glass put in, probably Tues .

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Oh girl I am so sorry to hear this! That just makes me so angry Thursday night we had a whole SLEW of business break in's where I live. There were over 30 business that got broken into and vandalized - all with a MINIMUM of about $50,000.00 dollars worth of damage They were showing it all on the news and it is just sick what those two teenagers did. They even got fire extinguishers and sprayed them all over the offices to purposely ruin very expensive copiers, printers, computers, etc. Just horrible! Luckily though, they caught the two juveniles who were responsible for all the breaks in's and they are now in the detention center and will be going before a judge soon to receive their punishment I am really so very sorry to hear that this happened to you guys though - I can only IMAGINE how upset/mad you must be!!

| There is nothing I hate more than a thief. They make me sick to my stomach. What compels someone to take something that doesn't belong to them is so beyond my comprehension. Sorry this happened to you. It brings out such a feeling of distrust in mankind after something like this happens. Again, so sorry.

A little warning, if you do have a removable GPS in the car, make sure you always take it off the mount and put in in the trunk. Once they see the mount, they just break in for that...Those toys ARE expensive It's good to just remove the mount too every time you leave the car so it doesn't just sit there.

| I'm sorry this happened to you. We always remove ours from the car when we aren't in it, but now I see that someone will break in the car just because they see the mount. How sad that someone won't save up their money to get their own like we did, instead they have to steal someone elses. I hope they catch the thief that took it.

| People will steal anything they can these days. Not like it was when I was growing up. Nothing I dislike worse than a theif. We sure have enough of them here in Mobile AL too. They want nice stuff, but don't want to work to pay for it. Hope you had the cereal # of it, and maybe cops find it in a pawn shop. Many get caught trying to pawn stuff like that. |
