| Don't you just hate waiting for the FedEx man to show up? I have been waiting all morning for the Fed Ex guy! I tracked my shipment and it says it's on the truck. So where the heck is he!!! He tried to deliver yesterday but I wasn't home. I can't wait anymore! I'm so impatient. I have big plans to take Tetley out as soon as it gets here. He's getting a new carrier! Here's a pic. I can't wait!!!!!!! |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | I feel you pain with Fed-ex. My last 3 delivers we delivered to the wrong house. I called them within an hour of delivering because I was tracking and they couldn't do anything about it. I am so fed up with them.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | I think that they like taking forever...it always happens that something has to be delivered when you need to do something else. Hope your wait is not that long.

| LOL -- We are both watching out the window. My Dyson is supposed to be delivered today. I went to Best Buy a week or so ago and they were all out of the Animal version so I had to have it shipped. I was going to vacuum but then I saw on the tracking site it is to be delivered today. So, here I sit....waiting for the brown truck.

| A Dyson is a vacuum cleaner. I went on a little online spending spree and I am waiting on SO MANY things!! Gosh and I am incredibly impatient, too!

| OMG....let me tell you how much I just "love" our FedEx person!!! Two years ago, we "received" our first ever FedEx delivery...we had ordered something for our motorhome and needed it for a trip. We had three weeks from the order date to our leave out date. I always track everything...so I checked it, and it was "attempted" but they didn't leave it because no one was home....okay, so we waited and waited...no new messages on the tracking. Finally about a week later, I tracked it (this was after getting in touch w/ FedEx) and it finally showed that it was on the truck again. Well, we waited and waited, nothing...tracked it the next day and it said it had been delivered!!! Again, we talked w/ FedEx, went through days of crap - calling neighbors to make sure, checking address, etc. and finally, two weeks after the order date...we got our package. It was on the guys truck for almost three weeks before he finally delivered. All the while, he made it look like it was delivered long before that. We were furious and thought it was a one time thing. Well, our next FedEx experiences were the same....both times, the packages were shipped from someone else (we didn't order anything), but our friends shipped using FedEx...these two times, the same driver called...one time wanting to leave the package at a local store (it is about 20 minutes away), the other time he wanted to leave it at the local school (about 35-40 minutes away). Our place is super easy to find - we get deliveries all the time from UPS, DHL, etc. But not FedEx. So, both times, I told him no, to deliver it to our house because we were home and not going anywhere....we actually got the packages those days. I vowed to never (EVER) use FedEx again.....I have ordered a guitar lesson thing for my daughter last year and FedEx was their shipping, I contacted the company and told them that FedEx would not deliver out here and they sent it USPS..and it was even cheaper too. Yay! Well, I placed an order for some pet stuff for Mojo. It was shipped on 2/20th....I thought it would be shipped UPS or USPS since it was as small personal business. I needed the stuff (his birthday is coming up), so I just ordered and it wasn't until I got the shipping confirmation that I found it was shipped using FedEx....I instantly felt the dread of the approaching hassle! hee, hee. Well, as you guessed it...we still have no package...I have been in contact w/ FedEx since Saturday over our package. The first tracking said that no one was home, so will re-deliver....Customer Service then told me that it woudl be delivered by the end of the day on Monday.....and to put a sign on the door for the package to be left if we were not home (which we were home all day on Saturday and let that be known). Monday..put a note on the door and we were home all day....NOTHING. Contacted customer service again, had to give all information about the package (shippers address, my address, weight, etc)....tracked the package on Tuesday, it said on truck in route....waited and waited...home all day again (I stay home).....NOTHING. Tracked it Tuesday night and it said that it was DELIVERED - WTH??!! It gave a delivery time and said it was left on step. Again....here we go...customer service again....I am furious at this time and let it be known that if the delivery driver is NOT making his deliveries, he needs to find a new job...go through all the tracking information, what I have done, etc. I have to regive all the information, AGAIN and am now waiting. I had to give them the history we have had w/ this driver, etc. What a mess. Of course, tracking isn't showing anything new because it is said to be delivered. ((aurgh)) The problem isn't w/ the company, I guess, just this driver...which we do not know personally, .....just that he doesn't want to make deliveries out here. So....that is my ranting about FedEx right now.....I hope you have gotten your package by now.....good luck!

| No!!!! I still have no package! And your story has not given me any warm and fuzzy feelings Jenn! LOL I'm actually a little miffed at the Ebay seller I bought this off of...the listing said it would be coming USPS, and then lo and behold, I get a tracking number from her via FedEx. Grumble grumble. I had better not get hit with some huge customs charge over this. Every time things come by courier from the States they levy huge fees...but not the post office. Fingers crossed it comes soon and without fees!!! FlDebra...did u get your vaccuum yet? JiggityJig...thanks for the review! Tetley's breeder recommended it to me! It's *super* cute! The carrier he has now is not completely enclosed and he keeps trying to jump out of it. I'm hoping he stays put in this one! |

| Nope, the Dyson vacuum hasn't come yet -- The UPS truck never gets to us til late in the day -- hopefully within the next hour or so. I may be vacuuming a little late today. Hope we both see our delivery trucks soon! Here the post office is the one that always leaves a slip in our box saying they tried to deliver but no one was home, when I stood at the window watching them put it in our box!! I think when he runs late, he doesn't want to get out of his car. I hate when something shows on their computers that delivery was made when we know darn good and well we have not received it. You feel like you are beating your head against a brick wall. Delivered until proven innocent! LOL!

| Sorry you didn't get yours. Mine came while I was here on the computer I guess -- I just decided to look out on the porch and there it was! Too late to vacuum now. But I do need to go read the book and put it together. Hope you get your Fedex soon.

No Longer a Member | OOOOhhh I have had UPS do that to me before! I got something in the morning that UPS cust. serv. kept telling me was delivered already one evening. In the morning, I heard a screech of brakes, no door bell, just a thud. Went to look out there and there was my package. The guy had scanned it as delivered the night before and dropped it off the next morning! That is outrageous! |

| Looks like the guy ran around all day with my package on his truck. I just checked and it says "no answer". Bull! I was home all day waiting for that wanker. He had better show up tomorrow. Please join me in my courier-bashing will you? |
