| Exercise? Well its almost summer so its time to start exercising! lol! I have winsor pilates but they are vhs and i dont have a tape player anymore lol so i was thinking about getting a new pilates and yoga DVD! Does anyone recommend any good ones? I've never done Yoga before but am interested in trying it! Any advice or experiences with these? thx!

| I would try yoga if I were you. I did yoga for awhile and really liked it. Hopefully, I'll start back up again, but I need to find a good DVD. Also, for a different, much more intense kind of work out, I like Billy Blanks tae bo.

| I bought a Yoga for Dummies DVD and love it. It does 30 minutes of standing Yoga and 15 minutes of mat yoga. I dont care so much for the mat yoga but it works!
