| If a seller/store takes paypal you can use it if you have enough credit. To get your money out of paypal you select withdrawal at the top & they will mail a check for a charge. I have had my account linked to a credit card & bank account for years & have never had a problem buying or selling plus its free to have $ credited to my account. But a seperate account only used for paypal would probably be smart w/a limited amount left in there so that you can get your money credited or add more for purchases that you dont have enough credit for but it gives you some piece of mind. But anyways if the seller takes paypal yes you should be able to use your credit |

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | Yes, if you have a balance in your PayPal account it is just like having a cc. If you want to buy from someone who takes PayPal you can use your balance. Just like having an electronic checking account. You can also get a PayPal debit card and withdrawn your funds that way. Once you get the hang of it I think you will love having it.
