| Has anyone heard of puppymillsrescue.com? wow, what a great site! I for one would love to 'foster' one someday. Be forwarned though that some links are not for the weak at heart. It's so sad. www.puppymillrescue.com |

| Me too, or just anything extra I had from my store. I was even thinking of being a foster mom possibly. Btw, that is so awesome of you!!! I wonder if they take gently used items, I'm sure SOOOOOOOOOO many of us here have something that was wor/used a couple of times that could be donated. Jennie |

| I would like to know what happened to the one's who ran the mills? Probably a slap on the wrist! Makes me sick to my stomach. When will the government take these things more seriously? Until they do things will never change. These kinds of people belong in jail with no parole! Carol & Buddy |

| what really kills me if they know pet stores purchases these dogs, then why are they letting them set up a store selling them???? you would think this would be the best way to find them and shut them down

| I couldn't finish... Dear Jesus in Heaven....how can anyone be so cruel? Is there anything we, as a group, can do? This makes me sick to my stomach.

| I don't know if anyone else uses IGive.com as a way to donate money to charities, but Puppy Mill Rescue, Inc. is one of their designated agencies. There are quite a few animal rescue organizations that you can designate as your "cause" at the IGive website. I double checked their Federal Tax ID numbers, just to be certain it was the same group of people...& it was. It is so sad, but thank heavens their are groups that are trying to do something about it! CJ

| Thank you so much for posting this. I've never heard of this site, but I'm so glad I know of it now. It's really hard to look at, but it's the truth. I'm going to get some things together to send. |

| I tried to help/adopt one of the puppies and they are very strict on the requirements. I think this is great since the puppies deserve the best after all they have been through!!

| I discovered this organization about 3 years ago, right before I adopted Tahoe. I had considered trying to adopt one of these rescues, but I didn't believe I realistically had the know-how to support a special needs dog. I had never had a dog before and I thought I needed more experience in order to be able to take on such a demanding responsibility. Instead, I started contributing to their organization by setting up a monthly autodeduction from my bank account. It's not alot and I don't even feel it. Honestly, if everyone donated so little as $10 a month, they could help so many dogs....they already do. I can't tell you how much I admire this organization for taking on these little lovable, yet challenging, dogs with potentially extremely high medical treatments and giving them a second lease on life. There's a special place in Heaven for these people. ~ Kelly

| Kelly, you're absolutely right, $10 a month is like us avoiding eating out during lunch or skipping 2 starbucks drinks!! You are awesome for doing this. I've sinced signed up too. Jennie |

| how sad i could not even finish this, its sick, i mean how can someone just sit there and run these and look at these every day, imean the one where the yorkie has her jaw broken and hanging off her mouth i mean come on if that was us we would have already been at that doctor, most of the reason that people dont take them to the vet is beacuse the vet wants their money right then, and you know hospitals and such bill you and you can pay later, but still thats sick, its wrong, where are they located at, i wish i could fill my tahoe up and take all that stuff to them personally and just like a child with new toys and watch their eyes light up and say thank you, but they are most likely to far away from me, but still there has to be something .... i will ponder on this for awhile and i will thin kof something
