I just thought about starting this thread because I live in the same area where the astroanut lives. She goes to church with some of my husband's co workers and for what they've told my husband she is a nice lady, they can't believe she would do something like that. It is sad the things that some women do for a man, but I guess eveybody act diferent when their man is going around with someine else.

This astronaut that lives in Houston and drove all the way to Florida to kill her bf's girlfriend. She knocket on her door and when the other girl opened the door the astronaut sprayed her with pepper spray and try to kippnaap herthe other lady was able to call 911 and get a description of the car. Well, police found the lady and found out she is a astronaut and she is a captain in the navy, or something like that. They found in her car a wig, mallet, trach bags, vinyl gloves among other tools. It is all over the news and the internet.

yeah she had a diaper while driving to Florida so that way she didn't stop on the way and no one could recognize her.

This story is freakin NUTS !! That woman must have had a breakdown - she was married for crying out loud and going to kill her boyfriends girlfriend ?? When I watched the local Houston news - there was a BUNCH of psycho women on it - that astronaut - another killed her husband - another was in a gang scamming insurance companies - this is NOT the actions of normal women - men are usually the violent ones.

But that woman who is an astronaut for NASA just totally embarrassed the whole space community. I feel so sorry for her family but not her. It sounded very premeditated. NO Man is worth hurting someone over. The poor woman she hurt must feel like she's living in the Twilight Zone....

This will be interesting to see the outcome of all this. I saw an interview with someone from NASA (I believe he was at her arraignment), he was talking about how, he was there as a representative of NASA, to look out for her and make sure she was alright. It kind of made me wonder if he was there to protect NASA's interest though. You know, didn't want any "secrets" let out of the bag, kind of thing. It just seemed odd, because you don't ordinarily see company reps come out and support an employee who has made national news trying to kill someone. Like when there have been the postal shootings and such. Makes you stop and think, huh????

This woman was at the height of her career and to let her feelings for a man ruin her life is just so sad.

Come on now, she lived 12 days in space. Who knows what that experience is like. I am sure it would put a lot of people off balance.

I don't know if she'll skip but she'll never be free of this - and that part about wearing diapers ? That's a first for me heaing THAT on the news - this will follow her for the rest of her life and the only good thing is she never got to do what it looks like she intended to do. My sisters husband works for the Space Center - I can't wait to hear what he has to say about this.

there was a woman last week who rigged a parachute to kill another woman - If I didn't know better I'd say we must be having one BIG FULL MOON lately - It's like Women Gone Wild (and not in a good way lol) - watch out guys !!
