Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Did you take your vitamins today? Let me tell you, I wasn't regular with my vitamins before, but once I started to take One a Day once a day, it worked for me! Now I don't feel tired and I don't get sick. I used to get like 4 1-week long colds, but last year I just got like a 3 days light cold. I also take additional vitamin C so help the inmune system. Do you guys take any other type vitamin? any suggestions? |

| I take Calcium + D religiously. I had a spinal fusion back in March 2006. I take Calcium to promote healthy bone growth for this reason. The fusion was a success and I am 100% pain free and I believe the vitamins help because I began to grow new bone quickly. |

| I take a Centrium (?spelling?) Silver every day and also 1,000 mg of Vitamin C every day in the winter, fall & spring. I cut back to 500 mg a day in the summer. The days I forget to take them, I don't feel like I'm doing something good for myself. Rudys Mom (Dawn) |
