| or men & jewelry? While where on the subject of men........How about men in jewelry.... I don't mind a subtle ring, but if it can double for a paper weight, that's not gong to work....or how about a man wearing a pinky ring?....I also don't mind a SMALL, (& the key word is "a"),ear ring, but the look of an ear ring in EACH ear is a no- no, & it must never be hoops or chandeliers either .... And if it looks like he can remove his necklace & use it for an emergency tow chain, that's not going to work either....I've seem jewelry being put in front teeth also,to me, at a distance,it looks like the teeth are rotten .....How about the facial jewelry??.... My husband barely wears a watch, so this is not much of a problem

| I can deal with an earring but gold chains, gold teeth, bracelets and facial piercings are a definite no. And if you didn't win the superbowl no to rings too. I don't want a man that has more bling than me and looks like Gumba Johnny!

I don't like earrings or facial piercings on guys. I don't like big, heavy or tacky jewelry either (like those huge chains or rings, ewww!) And jewelry in teeth ... EWWWWW!! Nasty nasty nasty!! I hope I don't offend anyone whose hubby sports tooth jewelry but I personally don't like it. JMHO

| My hubby wears a turtle ring and his wedding ring. He used to be a "no ring" guy - but then we had custom wedding bands made and he liked that and would wear it. Last summer we were at an Indian jewelry store in Red River New Mexico (MY kinda place!!!) I finally got him to try on some of the men's rings - just for fun. Much to my surprise, he decided to get a gold and silver ring with a turtle on it. When we checked out, the owner said, "Oh you got the turtle ring - that means good health". Well, most of you know that my husband is disabled with heart failure - so his health is NOT GOOD. Anyway, I said to him, "You better never take that ring off". After we got out of the store, he said to me that he needed to tell me something that I would think was stupid. I was very intrigued and said that whatever it was that I wouldn't laugh. He said that when he put on the turtle ring (and he tried on many different kinds of rings, some with turquoise, some with other designs) that he felt like his body (involuntarily) took a big sigh, he could feel his breath go out of his body, and then he said he felt better than he had felt in months - all of a sudden. I looked at him and said again, "Don't ever take that ring off". He didn't for several weeks - but then he took it off because he was doing something very messy and he didn't want to get it so dirty. He forgot to put it back on and that day, just a few hours later, his heart went into a very bad rhythm and he ended up very sick and in the hospital for a week. Let me tell you, he put that ring back on and I don't think he will EVER take it off again! True Story.
