| Weight Watcher Blizzard I ran across this recipe and thought I would share. It's very good and very low in calories. Great alternative to ice cream. My husband even loves them and he's very hard to please. 1 c 1 % milk (I use 2 %) 2 t sugar free instant pudding (small pkg-we like vanilla) 1 t vanilla 1 T fat free cool whip 8 ice cubes Mix together in blender until smooth. Also try adding frozen strawberries or a bite size reese butter cup for extra flavor (these will add more calories of course) Enjoy! |

| That DOES sound great - I'm always on WW - even when I'm not trying to lose, I have to count points to maintain - it's a fact of life for me - I have to watch every bite that goes into my mouth - I can't let down at all or I will get out of control and gain gain gain!!! Do you have the point count for this? Of course, I can figure it out myself - but I'm lazy! This sound wonderful - I need all the help I can get!

| Oh! It's OK - please don't worry about it, I can figure out the points - I just thought you might know right off hand! I'll calculate them and skim, 1%, or 2% milk might make a difference! Thanks anyway!
