| "The Bean" http://www.beandirect.com/?TrackId=769701&Custom= Has anyone seen or heard of or used this? It looks comfy for working out - it comes w/ a lot of things too - resistence bands, work out video, etc. What do you think? Any reviews on it???

| A product is only good and worth buying if you know you will use it regularly. Everything they show on the site can be done effectively without this, though....

| True. I read that their selling point is that it is easier on the joints, back, etc, so it works well for all people - not matter what condition or shape. Saying that it was easier on people than the "ball" because it is stable and gives more support. I was thinking more along the lines of me working out on my wood floors - ouch! Even w/ using the "ball" and my exercise mat, it can be killer on my back and knees, etc. I just didn't know what to think of this? OR if anyone has used it before and if it really helps you more (more support, etc).

| I just received the Bean last week....love it so far! When you're doing the crunches, it doesn't really feel like your doing anything, but I am a little sore from them. I wanted it because I have back pain and was hoping it will help with that. I ordered mine from QVC. |

| That is what I was looking for....something that would help w/ the bad backs, but still do a good job..........have you tried any of the other exercises w/ it? They said you can turn it over and do exercises too (or just to stretch and "cool" down too. Did you get the resistence bands w/ yours? Sorry for so many questions....just like to hear all about it before I buy!
